Ladder Association courses are recognised by The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) as the leading safety training when working with Ladders. For further information please download ‘LA455 Safe Use of Ladders and Stepladders – a brief guide’ which is the new guidance jointly produced by the Ladder Association and the HSE.

Ladder Association theory assessments are now ‘open book’ allowing delegates to refer to electronic or printed course materials as well as their own notes during their assessment.
Managers and supervisors who require the knowledge and practical skills to thoroughly inspect and maintain ladders and stepladders.
Pre-requisites
It is a requirement to have successfully passed the Ladder Association - Ladders & Stepladders User course and have a valid LadderCard prior to attending the Inspection course. Click here to book your place on the User course before attending the Inspection course.
