To provide delegates with knowledge and understanding of the roles and responsibilities of working at heights using rope access.

An IRATA Level 3 Supervisor is responsible for rope access safety on work projects. 

Passing your Level 3 can lead to enhanced employment opportunities as Level 3 Supervisors are much sought after within the Rope Access Industry.

Anybody currently holding an IRATA Level 2 Rope Access Technician certificate who is looking at working in a supervisory capacity.  This course is for the most experienced Rope Access Technician who holds Level 2 certification and has at least 1,000 logged hours at Level 2 over a 12 month period.

Pre-requisites

  • IRATA Level 2 – Rope Access Technician certificate
  • Appropriate first aid certificate
  • Written recommendation from an IRATA company or assessor
  • Minimum of 12 months and 1,000 hours of logged work experience at an IRATA level 2 over a 12 month period

Delegates successfully completing an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician course will receive an IRATA certificate valid for 3 years.
