The aim of this course is to provide the knowledge and understanding of how to install and maintain air source heat pump systems. The course includes both practical and theoretical elements that help the delegate understand the requirements and provides them with the knowledge to install, inspect and service air source heat pumps.
The course will consist of both practical and theoretical components that relate to the below:
- Know the requirements to install, commission and hand over Air Source Heat Pump systems.
- Install, commission and handover Air Source Heat pump systems.
- Know the requirements to inspect, service and maintain Air Source Heat Pump systems.
- Inspect, service and maintain Air Source Heat Pump systems.
This course is suited best for delegates with experience (5 or more years) in conventional heating engineering or plumbing – a level 3 NVQ in plumbing, heating engineering or equivalent. It is also open to those in the process of gaining these qualifications.
