This course is designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills required to demonstrate the selection and safe fitting of abrasive wheels and diamond blades in accordance with manufacturer’s guidance and current legislation.
The course also illustrates the risk from exposure to silica dust (Respirable Crystalline Silica) generated by many common construction tasks including cutting, drilling and grinding and outlines the requirements for effective dust management.
