The delegate must have a good understanding of spoken and written English. Any problems with literacy or language comprehension should be declared at least 24 hours prior to the course.
This need not preclude attendance to the course, provisions can be arranged provided we can assess the delegates' needs. These will need to be authorised prior to the course by the accreditation.
Prior to the commencement of the course please also identify any special requirements delegates may have, such as learning difficulties, so that trainer support can be given during the course.
Delegates are required to bring:
National Insurance Number and safety equipment, boots and a hard hat. Any delegates who arrive without the mandatory PPE will be refused entry onto the course.
PPE can be purchased from HSS Training.
If you require further information, please contact us by telephone on 0845 766 7799 or email trainingadmin@hss.com.
Please ensure your delegates arrive in good time and have the required items for all sessions. If delegates are delayed for any reason they should contact the trainer before the start time of the session - it will be at the discretion of the trainer to accept late arrivals. Late arrival may require delegates to attend again on another date.
