This course is aimed at technicians who are required to follow safe working practices in order to minimise the risk associated with their daily work, to protect themselves and others who may be affected by their work.
It is aimed specifically at those maintenance technicians who are required to implement an effective safe isolation procedure and effectively and safely hand the duty of care to a suitably trained and competent person for repair or replacement.
The course demonstrates how to maintain a safe working environment until such time as the completion of necessary remedial works and the safe removal of any risk to persons or property.
Delegates must be aged 16 or over.
