Employers will appreciate that candidates for Instructor or Examiner positions need to be carefully chosen. Perhaps the two most important qualities are operating skill and enthusiasm for the task.
In addition, candidates should be aware that instructing is a demanding job. A pleasant personality, good communication skills, natural leadership and a flexible approach are essential for success.
