HSS Training's Confined Space Awareness courses have just got even better with the introduction of a 'state of the art' custom built confined space tank. The confined space tank will now take you out of the classroom and into a 'real life' confined environment helping you understand what its really like working in a confined space.

Our Confined Space Awareness courses are specially designed for delegates who require knowledge of safe working practices in a confined space.

All courses offer a range of benefits:

Developed for delegates who need to be able to wear and use escape and working breathing apparatus sets in a hazardous environment, this course is ideal for those who may be required to supervise others in confined spaces and effect self-rescue techniques.

These courses will make use of HSS Hire’s extensive range of equipment and includes practical exercises and written assessment.

• Identify risks and their control
• Hazardous atmospheres and gas monitoring
• Risk assessing residual hazards
• Operation of safe systems of work
• Use of permit-to-work control measures
