    Starting working life in The Royal Navy, Terry Joined HSS in 1994 as a Central Repair Manager and progressed to HSS Training in 2004.

    He's Vice Chairman of the Ladder Association Training Committee and has over 7 years experience as a professional trainer.

    Terry continues his professional development and is working towards the NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
